Who Developed WaveFin?
The WaveFin development team consisted of a CTA with several years of trading experience and a degree in economics, a computer scientist with experience in real-time signal processing systems, and a Ph.D. mathematician who is an expert in neural networks and signal processing and has numerous publications.

How do I view or print the manual?
Viewing or printing the manual requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, available for free download from Adobe.  The manual was generated using Acrobat 4 and looks best using the Acrobat 4 Reader. Viewing the manual using Acrobat 3 Reader causes the charts to appear choppy.

Why can't I print the manual?
Try printing a single page from the manual. If printing a single page fails check to make sure your printer is configured properly.  Due to the size of the manual it requires about 20+MB of free space on the disk drive to print the whole manual in one pass. Make sure you have enough free space on the drive where temporary files are stored. Also check that there is enough available memory to print the manual. See the Adobe Acrobat support document number 316508 for further help.

How do I view or print the readme files?
The readme files are Microsoft Word documents.  If you don't have MS Word or have an older version you can download a Microsoft Word viewer from Microsoft Download Site.  The download is free.  Select "Search by product", and "Word 97 for Windows 95" for the product name.  This will allow you to download the latest viewer capable of reading Word 97 and later documents. 

Will WaveFin take advantage of the genetic algorithm used in Ward Systems NeuroShell Trader Pro?
Yes, the Prediction Wizard can be used to select the best combinations of parameters to the WaveFin filters.

What versions of Ward Systems NeuroShell Trader are supported?
Version 2.1 or later is supported.  If you have version 2.0 you can download a free upgrade from the Ward Systems Support Page.
